The Challenge
A State Transport Corporation (STC) required the complete electrification of their legacy internal combustion commercial fleet but lacked the internal high-voltage systems expertise to execute.

We stepped in as the end-to-end systems integration partner. Over a 12-month timeline, our team managed the entire engineering lifecycle to convert a 12-meter, 16-Tonne commercial bus into a fully operational, battery-powered electric vehicle.
