Energy Storage System
Battery Management System (BMS)
Our BMS supports a pack voltage range of 0–120 V, with nominal and peak currents of 250
A and 500 A, respectively. It also supports communication via CAN and UART, along with data logging
capabilities. Key features include State of Health (SOH) monitoring, regulating operating conditions, and cell balancing.
Battery Pack
Our future-ready LFP battery pack is AIS 048 certified and features an IP67-rated enclosure for dust
and water resistance. It supports fast charging within 2 hours. The modular 6 kWh battery units can
be configured in series and parallel to achieve system voltages of up to 240 V, with an integrated
BMS.
Vehicle Control Unit
Brain of the Vehicle
Our Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) operates on a 12 V supply and supports multiple communication interfaces,
including CAN and UART. The VCU includes a dedicated
0–5 V throttle input channel for precise control, along with integrated brake pump control functionality.
Designed with safety and reliability in mind, the VCU incorporates reverse polarity protection and supports
a 12 V control signal, making it suitable for robust automotive applications.
Key features include throttle, brake, and motor control.
It also manages and coordinates various systems and functions within the vehicle to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety.
